Life One / Fit Claw on lifeoneai.com — how we handle Google Health data.

Who we are

Fit Claw is a personal fitness desk on this WordPress site. It is a private Life One lab for the site owner, not a multi-tenant SaaS product.

Google Health data we request

When you connect Google Health, Fit Claw requests read-only access to activity and fitness data so it can sync daily step counts. We do not request write access.

How data is stored

OAuth access and refresh tokens are stored server-side in your WordPress user account (user meta). They are never sent to the browser as API keys, and never passed through front-end JavaScript config.

Step totals retrieved for display may be cached briefly with your account so the desk can show today’s steps.

Sharing

We do not sell health data. Tokens and step data stay on this WordPress server and are only used to power Fit Claw for your logged-in account. Google’s own processing is governed by Google’s policies.

Disconnect & deletion

Use Disconnect Google Health in Fit Claw Settings. That revokes the Google token (when possible) and deletes stored tokens from WordPress. You can also revoke access in your Google Account security settings.
